This 20 page paper is based on a case study supplied by the student. Harrison-Keyes is a publishing company with a long history of success, but the environment is changing so the company is working ion a strategy to sell e-books. They are facing a range of problems that are putting the project at risk, including problems with a sub contract firm in a different country, resistance from authors and problems with the existing resources. The paper analyses the current problems and the end vision for the firm before identifying and then assessing a range of alterative strategies. The bibliography cites 5 sources.
